Our return policy is 10 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags attached. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or packing slip to show proof of purchase. Store credit, or credit back on your original payment method can be given.

If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FINAL SALE items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items 25%-70% off, Em's Deals, or anything marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response via email. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
